Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "r98" / "Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at r98.lol, including all games, sports betting markets, cashier functions, account management tools, and support services provided thereon.
• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by you on the r98 platform following completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate amount of real-money funds held in your r98 account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spin winnings, or other non-cash incentives credited to your r98 account pursuant to an active promotion, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds or a specified amount must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms at the time of activation.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process r98 conducts to confirm player eligibility, age, and identity, which may require submission of CNIC, proof of address, and payment method documentation.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited or requires specific local licensing that r98 does not hold.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning assigned to it in Section 10 of these Terms.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary account restriction tool described in Section 14 of these Terms, by which a player requests temporary or permanent cessation of access to the r98 platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the r98 platform, creating an r98 account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the r98 service, you acknowledge and confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them;
• You have read and agree to r98's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are not accessing the r98 platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;

Eligibility

Access to and use of the r98 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active r98 account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. r98 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. r98 may request age verification documentation — including your CNIC — at any time, including at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing r98 from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of r98 is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one r98 account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether under the same or different personal details — constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion from r98 or from any other gambling operator in a context where such exclusion applies to r98.

Account Registration

To access r98's gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified r98 account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, CNIC number, and address — must be accurate, truthful, and current.
• You must promptly update your account details if any information changes after registration.
• r98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or unverifiable.
• By registering, you consent to r98 conducting identity verification checks using the information you have provided, which may include cross-referencing with third-party identity verification services.
• r98 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Any player found to hold multiple accounts will have all associated accounts suspended and all balances — including any pending withdrawals — forfeited pending investigation.

r98 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason. r98 is not obligated to accept any applicant as a registered player.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your r98 Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your r98 Login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your r98 account.
• You must select a password that is sufficiently strong — r98 recommends a minimum of 10 characters combining upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
• You must notify r98 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• r98 will never request your account password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from r98 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to r98 support immediately.

r98 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All transactions conducted through your r98 account using your correct login details will be treated as having been conducted by you, and r98 will have no obligation to reverse such transactions unless you have previously reported an account security breach and r98 has confirmed receipt of that report.

Deposits

r98 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods, subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to your account tier at the time of deposit:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• r98 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• r98 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for deposits above certain thresholds, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your r98 account balance and placed into gameplay. r98 support can be contacted if a deposit error occurs before funds are used.

Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance (excluding any non-cleared bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) at any time through the r98 cashier. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC Verification: r98 is required to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. You will be required to submit a clear copy of your CNIC and, where applicable, proof of your payment method. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC is completed.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and is not negotiable.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₨500 for mobile wallet methods and ₨1,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal Fees: r98 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by the receiving payment provider are not the responsibility of r98.
• Verification Holds: r98 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests for security verification, large transaction review, or compliance purposes. r98 will notify you if a hold is applied and provide an expected resolution timeline.

Bonuses & Promotions

r98 offers a range of promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all r98 promotions:

• Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, validity period, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings — which are communicated at the time the promotion is made available.
• Bonus terms communicated at the time of activation are binding. r98 will not alter the terms of a promotion after a player has accepted it in good faith reliance on the original terms.
• r98 promotions are intended for personal recreational use only. Exploiting promotions through systematic mathematical strategies, bonus abuse, or through the use of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• r98 reserves the right to void a bonus and any associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Duplicate welcome bonus claims will be voided.
• r98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that this does not adversely affect players who have already accepted and are actively progressing toward clearing an existing offer's wagering requirements.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the r98 platform are governed by individual game rules provided within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing real-money wagers.

• All r98 RNG (Random Number Generator) games use independently tested and certified RNG systems to ensure statistically random and fair outcomes. Certification is conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories.

Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, permanent account closure, and where legally required, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one r98 account, whether under your own name or under any other identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information at registration or during any subsequent KYC process;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment methods to fund your r98 account;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any r98 game or sports betting market;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other technological means to gain an advantage over r98's systems or other players;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in r98 games or sports betting markets;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime using the r98 platform;
• Abusing r98 bonuses or promotions in any manner inconsistent with their intended recreational purpose;
• Accessing the r98 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal;
• Accessing or using r98 if you are under 21 years of age.

Intellectual Property

All content on the r98 platform — including but not limited to the r98 brand name, logo, platform design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, software, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of r98 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r98 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any r98 content without r98's express prior written consent.
• You may not use r98's brand name, trademarks, or logos in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without r98's express written authorisation.
• Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property ownership to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by r98.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r98's total liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with your use of the r98 platform shall be limited as follows:

• r98 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, indirect loss, consequential loss, special loss, or punitive damages of any kind, whether or not r98 was advised of the possibility of such loss.
• r98's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to r98 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• r98 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the r98 service due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances outside r98's reasonable control.
• r98 does not guarantee any particular gaming outcome. All gaming at r98 involves risk of financial loss. r98 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from lawful gaming outcomes.

Nothing in this Section shall limit r98's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Privacy & Data Protection

r98 collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at r98.lol/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an r98 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected by r98 — including your name, CNIC number, mobile number, address, and financial transaction records — is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• r98 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
• r98 retains player data for the period required to fulfil its legal and regulatory obligations, which may extend beyond the closure of your r98 account.

Responsible Gaming

• Upon suspension, r98 will conduct an investigation. Your account will remain locked during the investigation period. r98 will notify you of the outcome once the investigation concludes.
• If r98 determines that a breach has occurred, r98 may permanently close your account, forfeit all balances (including pending withdrawals), and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
• If r98 determines that no breach has occurred, your account will be reinstated and any rightfully held balances will be made available to you.
• You may voluntarily close your r98 account at any time by contacting r98 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be paid out to you in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.
• r98 reserves the right to refuse service to any person or to decline to reopen any previously closed account, at r98's sole discretion, without providing a reason.

Amendments to Terms

r98 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via email to the email address registered on the relevant r98 account, and via a platform notification displayed upon your next login.

• Amended Terms will be published on the r98 platform at r98.lol/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Revised" date.
• By continuing to use the r98 platform following notification of any amendment, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using r98 and request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 15.
• No amendment to these Terms will retrospectively affect any right, obligation, or liability that accrued prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which r98 operates its international gaming licence.

• Any dispute arising from your use of r98 should first be escalated to r98 support at [email protected]. r98 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through r98 support, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution body or regulatory authority associated with r98's gaming licence, details of which are available on request.
• Nothing in this Section prevents you from seeking legal recourse through courts of competent jurisdiction where such recourse is available to you under applicable law.
